Having fun

First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my friends. Hope 2006 is your best year yet. I know it's been great for me!

Having a great time in England. Been doing lots of fun things. Spent New Years Eve during the day in Norwich with Adam and my cousin Linzi. We went to the castle and the market and then went shopping. Haven't bought much. Mostly things for other people, which is usually what I end up doing. The only thing I have bought for myself is the British versions of the Harry Potter books. We found an awesome shop with tons of Star Wars stuff that you can't get in the US. Adam could barely contain his joy. He had trouble deciding what to get, and bought two things in the end. Spent the evening with Adam, my aunt, uncle, cousin and her boyfriend. Relaxing night, but it was lots of fun.

Yesterday we took a drive in the car. Saw an old and working windmill (I have pictures of it) and then went to two different towns on the sea. Got some neat pictures in one of the seaside villages, which I'm sure I'll be working on submitting for DeviantArt when I get home. The last town we ended up in, we had fish and chips. YUM! I can now go home happy. They also had an amazing firework display to celebrate the new year. After that we came home.

Things have been going really well. Didn't do too much today, just read, watched movies and are having a huge English meal tonight. I will be leaving for my mom's cousin David's on Saturday, not sure if I'll have internet access then. Then we are off to London on the 14th. Just thought I'd let you know I'm having a great time. I miss you all, and I'm working on postcards! *hug*
